History

Zerotouch was incorporated in 1999 and since then has evolved into a leading supplier of web services – with specialists in design, development and search.

The name Zerotouch comes from the work we did with BT regarding customer service.

At BT, if a query was dealt with by their first level of support, it was called one touch, susequent levels were called second and third touch and so on. Our approach at Zerotouch, as the name suggests, is to empower customers to be able to help themeselves, thus reducing cost and time. This is acheived by the Zerotouch system.

The Zerotouch system enables rapid development compliant to the latest standards, design & content flexibility, search favourable and gives you full control over content and updating through an easy-to-use management system.

The ability to successfully integrate these services enable us to provide superior web performance. Clients include BT, Virgin, London Electricity and NHBC.

We are headquartered in Maidenhead, Berkshire with partner offices in London and hold numerous networking events throughout the UK and Europe. We also supply clients via London based media agency Walker Media owned by Saatchi & Saatchi.
