Within modules disable "Ubercart - core (optional) Catalog"
Step 6
Within "Blocks" set "Taxonomy Image: Node Images" and "taxonomy_term_header: Block" to appear in left side bar. Note, these are made redundant when using Advanced Taxonomy Blocks (see step 8). Thus disable when Advanced Taxonomy Blocks are activated.
Step 7
Go into Taxonmomy and add images for all terms.
Step 8
Install and enable "Advanced Taxonomy Blocks" and within Blocks activate "Your Vocabulary - Taxonomy Block" within your left side bar.
Step 9
Within permissions under "taxonomy_image module" give appropriate rights to "access taxonomy images". e.g. Allowed by Anonymous users.
Step 10
Within template.php enter the following:
